1. Service description

Wentz.ai provides AI-assisted growth operations for Shopify stores, including recommendations, drafts, scheduled checks, and task execution with approval guardrails. Wentz is a tool, not a guaranteed outcomes service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the store or business you connect. You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide.

3. Accounts and access

Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, or violations of these terms.
Store connections (e.g., Shopify) are governed by those platforms\u2019 terms as well.

4. Acceptable use

Use Wentz for lawful business purposes only.
Do not attempt to bypass approval gates, reverse-engineer the service, or overload systems.
Do not submit sensitive personal data about shoppers unless necessary and lawful.

5. Approvals and liability limits

Wentz provides drafts, estimates, and recommendations. You must review and approve before live changes.
We are not liable for decisions you make after receiving Wentz output.
AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for final accuracy, compliance, and fit for your business.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your store content. Wentz retains ownership of its systems, methods, and aggregated learnings (de-identified). Drafts created for your store are yours to use once approved and paid for.

7. Payment and actions

Plans are billed in advance. Action balances reset monthly and do not roll over unless stated.
Refunds are at our discretion and governed by the pilot agreement.
We may change pricing with 30 days notice.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with notice. Upon termination, we will stop new work and retain data only as required by law or for a reasonable wind-down period.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WENTZ DOES NOT WARRANT THAT OUTPUT WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR SPECIFIC PURPOSE. SEE THE DISCLAIMERS PAGE FOR ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WENTZ.AI\u2019S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Governing law
